A Must Read:

There are many types of abuses/ Some are not so clear to people. Some cannot even be seen.  There are people who think this is okay. It s a way to relieve their own problems. It is an old old thing. Not many are aware of. Some do not know they are have ranks, or hold an office.
There is no abuse on my behalf.
Ia m trying to get by on my own and i am looking for more favorable living conditions. However; it never seems to fail that you will have lewd and invasion of sanctuary. I have come to terms with this.
I am dealing with the problems that come my way one at a time , the best way i know how. I confront them, try to defuse them, and resolve them.
There are some that i cannot defuse. there are some that i cannot report. And there are though that I cannot define.
Here is a list that you can visually see sometimes we cannot see our own faults but we can see them if someone else calls our attention to them. There are some that we cannot understand when they are done in our own wares.
There are some intentionally done and ignored.
Her is the link:Abuse Of Powers (click here)
IF you want to do the right thing, and you don't know how to get started:

Caution: Do Not Defuse powers, if you cannot do it efficiently
You May Also Voluntarily defuse yourself if you so choose.

The Blood Of A Warrior

The story has not ended yet.. appended: and they let thier blood upon a rock, and the evil sprit passed out of them. BUt iN neighboring city close to their brother original tribe and old man fell and broke his leg...and the evil spirit found rest by entering the bone of his mothers tribe. Which continued to manifest into a vengence that could not be quenched, and thirst for blood. THough he knew not why. And could not appease it.

Janis Joplin/other:

Janis Joplin thought calling evryone "DAD" was a good idea...
maybe because every man just about it has kido's(rugrats)
I really though janis joplin was a great artist...
He concept were simple but thourough
So I thought I would call everyone dad..
for two resons cause Janis thought it was good idea to..
two because I never really knew my dad was my dad for sure...
there were men who said they were my dad...and were I would humor them..and call them dad just because ...
It might have saved my butt a couple of times....
butt it also got my butt wooped real good a couple times too...
and in that I learned how to defend myself..
Propelling myself through windows while  snatching abelt out of his hand...
and learning the corner is a safe place to stand when being punched at.....
(versus: standing in the corner all night because I couldn't be quiet)
HENCE : why all you young kido's now get the timeout and have to face the wall....
It wasn't my choice, but it happened none the same.So I am really sorry kido's..we all Live and learn....
aint that why that wall just jumped out and bit your ass.
I sware, dad died....when I broke his thumb...and stripped the gears on his vw...and then ran away from home....put him in a real fix...I didn't know i had it in me to do something like that.
and I blow my own mind every day.....
Poeple have a tendency to think I am mentally retarded....
I admit I am little childish..
but i have not lost my fight yet.
but damnit sympathy for the devil is something i never really thought I would have....
Till I found out he was an "ANGEL" of Gods and was kciked out of heaven...
SOmething about that just made me go, "WWWAAATTT??"
Is this another ploy to make me go home? Are them angels waiting for me there?
and suddnely I realized I can't find home, my family upand moved and I had no idea where to...
shoot that will teach ya!!
So ..the Doctors gave me some pills and suddenly I wouldn't recognize em even if they were standing two feet in front of me.
That aint..but thats the truth.
So put that in your pipe and smoke it...
and I think all Doctors should take thier own advice and take a dose of thier own medicine.
BTW: Do you think being "DISTURBED ", is a real pussy cat? I heard that there are people who really love him too....

Squatting consists of occupying an abandoned or unoccupied space or building, usually residential,[1] that the squatter does not own, rent or otherwise have permission to use.
Author Robert Neuwirth suggests that there are one billion squatters globally, that is, about one in every six people on the planet.[2] Yet, according to Kesia Reeve, "squatting is largely absent from policy and academic debate and is rarely conceptualized, as a problem, as a symptom, or as a social or housing movement."[3]

John Everett Millais "The Blind Girl": vagrant musiciansA vagrant is a person in poverty, who wanders from place to place without a home or regular employment or income. Many towns in the Developed World have shelters for vagrants. Common terminology is a tramp or a 'gentleman of the road'. In legal terminology, a person with a source of income is not a vagrant, even if he/she is homeless.
Residents are neither Squatters or Vangrants

How to deal with a NO WIN situation

No-win situationFrom Wikipedia, the free encyclopediaJump to: navigation, search

A no-win situation, also called a "lose-lose" situation, is one where a person has choices, but no choice leads to a net gain. For example, if an executioner offers the condemned the choice of dying by being hanged, shot, or poisoned, since all choices lead to death, the condemned is in a no-win situation. This bleak situation gives the chooser little room: whatever choice is made, the person making it will lose their life
Less drastic situations might also be considered no-win situations: if one has a choice for lunch between a ham sandwich and a roast beef sandwich, but is a vegetarian or has a wheat allergy, that might be considered a no-win situation.

Winner's curseFrom Wikipedia, the free encyclopediaJump to: navigation, search

The winner's curse is a phenomenon akin to a Pyrrhic victory that occurs in common value auctions with incomplete information. In short, the winner's curse says that in such an auction, the winner will tend to overpay. The winner may overpay or be 'cursed' in one of two ways: 1) the winning bid exceeds the value of the auctioned asset such that the winner is worse off in absolute terms; or 2) the value of the asset is less than the bidder anticipated, so the bidder may still have a net gain but will be worse off than anticipated.[1] However, an actual overpayment will generally occur only if the winner fails to account for the winner's curse when bidding (an outcome that, according to the revenue equivalence theorem, need never occur). So despite its dire-sounding name, the winner's curse does not necessarily have ill effects in practice.

Morton's forkFrom Wikipedia, the free encyclopediaJump to: navigation, search
A Morton's Fork is a choice between two equally unpleasant alternatives (in other words, a dilemma), or two lines of reasoning that lead to the same unpleasant conclusion. It is analogous to the expressions "between the devil and the deep blue sea," "between a rock and a hard place," or, as those in the Spanish-speaking world say, "between a sword and a wall."[1] This is the opposite of Buridan's Ass. It is said to originate with the collecting of taxes by John Morton, Archbishop of Canterbury in the late 15th century, who held that a man living modestly must be saving money and could therefore afford taxes, whereas if he was living extravagantly then he was obviously rich and could still afford them.
Elected officers (members of parliament and councillors) sometimes may have recourse to a variant on Morton's Fork when dealing with unhelpful unelected officers, or civil servants. This variant asserts that an unelected officer's non-compliance with the directive of their elected officer must be due to one of two equally unacceptable causes: either the civil servant is lazy or incompetent, or the civil servant is acting willfully or maliciously against the instructions given by his/her elected officer.
"Morton's fork coup" is a maneuver in the game of bridge that uses the principle of Morton's Fork.[2]
[edit] In American lawMorton's Fork is cited by the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in Burroughs v. Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Inc., 683 F.2d 610 (1982), where heirs of Tarzan author Edgar Rice Burroughs and Burroughs's rights-holding corporation Edgar Rice Burroughs, Inc., claimed copyright infringement in MGM's 1981 film Tarzan, the Ape Man. The film was a remake of a 1932 film based on the book Tarzan of the Apes, originally made under a rights agreement from 1931, and the court held that MGM complied with the terms of the 1931 agreement as the new film was substantially similar to the old film. In a footnote in the decision, Judge Kearse wrote:
"One might perhaps have expected the plaintiffs to contend directly, in light of the issues in this lawsuit, that the 1981 film is based on the book. However, by mounting an indirect attack, in which the major premise is that the 1932 film is based on the book, plaintiffs apparently hoped to impale MGM with a 'Morton's Fork': either the 1981 film followed the 1932 film, thereby infringing the book, or the 1981 film did not follow the 1932 film, thereby breaching the 1931 Agreement. Even if plaintiffs' major premise were sound, which our discussion in the text ... demonstrates it is not, MGM was not necessarily forced into the dilemma that plaintiffs seek to create. Since the standard by which we judge the similarity of film to book is not the same standard by which we must judge the similarity between the two films ... the Fork is flawed by the fact that its tines are not true opposites. Thus the possibility remained that for its new remake MGM could eliminate the arguably infringing elements of the 1932 film in a way that did not substantially alter the story, thereby complying with both the copyright law and the 1931 Agreement. As it happens, this may have been the course MGM followed. Most of the specific incidents in the 1932 film that plaintiffs claim were taken from the book, i.e., Holt's killing of the ape, Tarzan's killing of the lion with a stranglehold, and Holt's asking Jane if she can use a gun, are not in the 1981 film."

**************************Hobson's choiceFrom Wikipedia, the free encyclopediaJump to: navigation, search
This article is about an English-language expression. For other uses, see Hobson's choice (disambiguation).
Thomas HobsonA Hobson's choice is a free choice in which only one option is offered. As a person may refuse to take that option, the choice is therefore between taking the option or not; "take it or leave it". The phrase is said to originate with Thomas Hobson (1544–1631), a livery stable owner in Cambridge, England. To rotate the use of his horses, he offered customers the choice of either taking the horse in the stall nearest the door or taking none at all.
Cambridge Guildhall has a donated portrait of Thomas Hobson. A plaque underneath the painting describes in a little detail how his livery came to be and the origin of the phrase. To add to the above, he had an extensive stable of some 40 horses and therefore there appeared to be a wide choice when in fact there was simply the choice described above. This was to prevent the best horses always being chosen, which had previously caused those horses to become over used. An ultimatum game is a form of Hobson's choice.
Hobson's choice is different from:
Dilemma: a choice between two or more options, none of which is attractive (including Sophie's choice, a choice between two persons or things that will result in the death or destruction of the person or thing not chosen)
False dilemma: only two choices are considered, when in fact there are others
Catch-22: a logical paradox arising from a situation in which an individual needs something that can only be acquired by not being in that very situation
Morton's fork, and a double bind: choices yield equivalent, often undesirable, results.
Blackmail and extortion: the choice between paying money (or some non-monetary good or deed) and suffering an unpleasant action******

So could she protect herself with a Hobson's choice, and still be considered within the guidelines of the law?

Send you answer to

Alot of this is going on... Its tool that is used by some people that have no other options. It can also be used as a tool to which a person is blackmailed.
However: The person who or to which is being blackmailed has the option to also jump the laws and act inretrobution. And that is what is starting alot of the fights in the area I am sure.
example: Whatever it is that is bothering me is in a "FORK".
Which plunged deep into my groins area..and is causing me great pain and suffering. I cannot even walk, I am in so much pain. Physical attributions associated with a psyco-sematic psychological threats lies terror. (sorry its the best I can do for now) and you are coveting at the same time.
To some people, that is a major sexu`l thrill.
Very very likable personalities.
Which is beyond my scope of comprehension. Goodbye!! as fast as my two legs will carry me!!

I have encountered several kinds of thieves
Here is a tactic used amongst Coyote's;
Ecology[edit] Diet and hunting

Coyote feeding on elk carcass in winter in Lamar ValleyCoyotes are opportunistic, versatile carnivores with a 90% mammalian diet, depending on the season. They primarily eat small mammals, such as voles, prairie dogs, eastern cottontails, ground squirrels, and mice, though they will eat birds, snakes, lizards, deer, javelina, and livestock, as well as large insects and other large invertebrates. The coyote will also target any species of bird that nests on the ground. Though they will consume large amounts of carrion, they tend to prefer fresh meat. Fruits and vegetables are a significant part of the coyote's diet in the autumn and winter months. Part of the coyote's success as a species is its dietary adaptability. As such, coyotes have been known to eat human rubbish and domestic pets. They catch cats and dogs when they come too close to the pack. Urban populations of coyotes have been known to actively hunt cats, and to leap shorter fences to take small dogs. In particularly bold urban packs, coyotes have also been reported to shadow human joggers or larger dogs, and even to take small dogs while the dog is still on a leash. However, this behavior is often reported when normal urban prey, such as brown rats, black rats and rabbits, have become scarce. Yet, confirmed reports of coyotes killing a human have been documented.[3][32]

There has been cases where a dog will wonder up close to a pack and the pack lures them in and then eats them.....
My comparison to a No win situation is like this....
You have a choice!!

Here is what you do:
remain very calm if possible....making no sudden moves, gradually step backwards creating more and more distance..while watch the coyote...very slowly.... keeping your eyes on the some point the dog will attack or will turn and leave. Dogs are territorial. When is safe range turn and walk away..(warning this has not proven to be safe or accurate)
Dog also relie on scent,  the coyote and all canines react to scent and fear)

Marshall Law/Martial Art

Martial law From Wikipedia, the free encyclopediaJump to: navigation, search
Not to be confused with Marital law.
Martial law is the imposition of military rule by military authorities over designated regions on an emergency basis—usually only temporary—when the civilian government or civilian authorities fail to function effectively (e.g., maintain order and security, and provide essential services), when there are extensive riots and protests, or when the disobedience of the law becomes widespread. In most cases, military forces are deployed to quiet the crowds, to secure government buildings and key or sensitive locations, and to maintain order.[1] Generally, military personnel replace civil authorities and perform some or all of their functions. The constitution could be suspended, and in full-scale martial law, the highest-ranking military officer would take over, or be installed, as the military governor or as head of the government, thus removing all power from the previous executive, legislative, and judicial branches of government.[1]
Martial law can be used by governments to enforce their rule over the public. Such incidents may occur after a coup d'état (Thailand 2006); when threatened by popular protest (China, Tiananmen Square protests of 1989); to suppress political opposition (Poland in 1981); to stabilize insurrections or perceived insurrections (Canada, The October Crisis of 1970). Martial law may be declared in cases of major natural disasters, however most countries use a different legal construct, such as a "state of emergency".
Martial law has also been imposed during conflicts and in cases of occupations, where the absence of any other civil government provides for an unstable population. Examples of this form of military rule include post World War II reconstruction in Germany and Japan as well as the southern reconstruction following the U.S. Civil War.
Typically, the imposition of martial law accompanies curfews, the suspension of civil law, civil rights, habeas corpus, and the application or extension of military law or military justice to civilians. Civilians defying martial law may be subjected to military tribunal (court-martial).
Martial artsFrom Wikipedia, the free encyclopediaJump to: navigation, search
For other uses, see Martial arts (disambiguation).
Martial Arts are extensive systems of codified practices and traditions of combat, practiced for a variety of reasons, including self-defense, competition, physical health and fitness, as well as mental and spiritual development.
The term Martial Arts today has become heavily associated with the fighting arts of eastern Asia, but was originally used in regard to the combat systems of Europe as early as the 1550s and an English fencing manual of 1639 used it in reference specifically to the "Science and Art" of swordplay. The term is ultimately derived from Latin, martial arts being the "Arts of Mars," the Roman god of war.[1]
Some Martial Arts are considered "traditional" and tied to an ethnic, cultural or religious background, while others are modern systems developed either by a founder, or by an association.

AMA Against Medical advice/ In The Best Interest

Against Medical Advice, or AMA, sometimes known as DAMA, Discharge Against Medical Advice, is a term used with a patient who checks himself out of a hospital against the advice of his doctor. While it may not be medically wise for the person to leave early, in most cases the wishes of the patient are considered first. The patient is usually asked to sign a form stating that he is aware that he is leaving the facility against medical advice, and the AMA term is used on reports concerning the patient. This is for legal reasons in case there are complications to limit liability on the part of the medical facility.
In a mental hospital setting, a patient is typically allowed to check out of the hospital by giving at least a day's notice (though in some jurisdictions the time may vary depending on whether the patient is under "informal" or "formal" voluntary commitment). This is so that if the doctor believes that the patient would be a danger to self or others, the doctor has time to begin commitment proceedings against the patient to compel the patient to remain in the hospital for treatment. When a patient checks out against medical advice, the patient's insurer may not pay for subsequent stays for the same condition.

In the best interest of the patient. Applying this standard to healthcare decision making must be done in a community context.
Trau JM, McCartney JJ.
SourceSt. Joseph's Health System, Atlanta.
Acting in the "best interest" of another implies taking certain steps or following certain rules so that the person and his or her concrete human community will survive and potentially flourish. The long-term understanding of best interest refers to the balance of benefits and burdens with respect to the ultimate goals or purposes of a community within which an individual is situated; short-term best interest refers to that balance with respect to a specific healthcare decision, without reference to the overall situation. However, considering only short-term best interest is unsatisfactory in the final analysis. Any decision to sacrifice individual preference for communal best interest should include three crucial aspects: (1) The individual must be a willing (or potentially willing, in the case of a child) member of the community, (2) individuals never lose their moral standing in the community, and (3) society can justify failure to accept the autonomous decisions of some individuals only (a) if it is impossible, (b) that failure is necessitated by attempts to meet the needs of other individuals, and (c) that decision is not based on unfair or unjust practices. Applying the concept of best interest to nontherapeutic research on children, one can conclude that the indirect benefit to the child is in his or her best interest only when the long-term benefit to the community, in terms of both survival and flourishing, is adequately considered. In addition, healthcare surrogate decision makers, acting in the best interest of a person who cannot make decisions and has not previously expressed his or her wishes, must take into account the long-term interests of the community.
