IMAGNOLIA, Texas —

The Texas Department of Public safety has issued an Amber Alert for a 14-year old Magnolia girl.

Police believe a family friend has kidnapped the girl, and the pair may have already left the state, possibly headed for Mexico.

Elizabeth Rex went outside to get the mail Monday, and never returned home.

Her parents believe 51-year-old Randy Johnson, who used to live with the family took the girl.

Patrick Rex, and Jennifer Black, Elizabeth's mother, say 51 year old Randy Johnson was a friend of a friend who needed a place to stay.  They opened their home to him, but forced him out because he was having and an inappropriate influence on their daughter.  They suspected he may have been having physical relationship with her.

Elizabeth is 14, but her parents say, because of a number of mental and physical disabilities, she has the maturity level of a 5 or 6 year old.

They believe Elizabeth intended to meet Johnson Monday when she left the neighborhood.

"Maybe she thought she would just be gone for a couple hours and he would bring her back," Elizabeth's mother, Jennifer Black said. "Obviously that's not what his intentions were." Black added that her daughter left with her cell phone but didn't take any clothes or a bag.

Elizabeth's parents found a phone number in her room and called it.

Patrick Rex, FOX 26, "I called that number. Lizzy answered.  I asked, Where you at?  Then the phone went dead like someone snatched it out of her hand or she hung up."

The parents tried calling the number back but it just went to voicemail.

A few hours later the teen's parents have received a chilling phone call.

Rex says the person on the phone told him, "You'll never see Lizzy again.  I've got her and where we are going you can't get across the checkpoint because you don't have an id. Come get me."

Elizabeth Rex is 5'1", has brown hair and brown eyes.  She was last seen wearing black pants a gray tank top and a red coat.

Randy Johnson is 51 years old.  He stands 5'6" tall with brown hair and hazel eyes.

"I don't think he would harm her," Rex told Fox-26. "I pray to God that he wouldn't."

Police say Johnson is from Harlingen.  They don't yet have a description of a vehicle he may be driving.

Though you may think it improbable. Unlikely, ...

Victims and criminols have something in common, .......

The weakest link isn't always the guilty party.

Atthorities may just think it's a blaim game,

Buts it more hostage and hostile, than you think.

Intimidation tactics usually do not affect a child of this nature, and may not recognize the face of danger. May even walk straight into it as being a game, playful funny, ....

May, The courts may set up pins to avert  this master chess player, next move.

Love mst jog windy kema SOS

Ps the amber alert was cancelled and child was found and placed in hospital.

New strategies for hospitals mentally Ill patients to keep their patients in check and to avert would be attackers??
